Returns are accepted case by case on everything except panties, swim bottoms, one-piece swimsuits, shapewear and sale items. Please email cesoirlingerie@gmail.com and we will be happy to help you. Your satisfaction is everything.

Refunds are issued on the same method of payment.

Exchanges for a different size or style are welcome, excluding the items mentioned under Returns. Please email us at cesoirlingerie@gmail.com, we want to be sure you have what you need!
