Orders are processed in the order that they are received during our regular business hours. Depending on order volume, some orders may not be processed until the following business day.

Curbside Pickup

We offer free curb side pickup on all of your orders placed online and by phone! Pick up your order at any time during our regular business hours. When you arrive outside, simply call us at 204-253-8788 or knock on the door and we will meet you with your order!

Local Delivery

We're happy to offer you local delivery within the city of Winnipeg and surrounding areas through Good Local Express! Simply select "local delivery" under shipping method at checkout for $8 local delivery on your online orders.

Shipping

We offer multiple shipping options through Canada Post. Shipping and delivery dates are an estimate only. Ce Soir Lingerie cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery times, for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Local, provincial, or national holidays
• Postal strikes or closures, including closures at any Canada Post Air Stage Office
• Natural or manmade disasters

Enjoy free Canada-wide shipping on your orders of $250 or more.

Order Status & Tracking

After your online order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from the carrier which includes a tracking number. For Canada Post tracking click here.
