Contest Rules & Regulations for Ce Soir Fine Lingerie Inc.
1. Contest Period
- Contest is valid March 12 to May 14, 2024 (the “Contest Period”).
2. Eligibility
- This contest is open to everyone who, during the Contest Period, 1) makes a purchase in-store at Ce Soir Fine Lingerie’s retail location or online at cesoirlingerie.com of at least $20, before taxes AND/OR 2) comments and tags a friend on one of Ce Soir Fine Lingerie’s Contest posts on either or both Instagram and Facebook. To be eligible, one must be an AIR MILES collector, reside in Canada and be the age of 18 or over, excluding employees of AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, and Ce Soir Fine Lingerie Inc., as well as business with
employees in the immediate families of such business, (living in the same household as the employees.) The contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial and Municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
- For the purposes of these Contest Rules, the entrant is the individual in whose name the AIR MILES collector number has been established and this is the individual to whom the prize will be awarded if he/she is selected and declared a winner.
3. How to Enter
- NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. The non-purchase entry mechanism relies on commenting and tagging a friend on one of Ce Soir Fine Lingerie’s Contest posts on either or both Instagram and Facebook during the Contest Period.
- Customers who make a purchase of at least $20, before taxes, in-store at Ce Soir Fine Lingerie’s retail location or online at cesoirlingerie.com during the Contest Period will also get an entry towards this Contest. For this entry mechanism, there is a maximum of one entry per week, per person, allowed. Qualifying purchase must be of a minimum of $20, before taxes. The week is considered from Tuesday to Tuesday.
4. Prize Description
- One (1) grand prize of 10,000 AIR MILES® Reward Miles™ (the “Prize”) to be awarded within 30 days from the end of the Contest Period. Prize will be provided via electronic transfer to winner’s AIR MILES account within 30 days after the random draw. To ensure that the winner receives the Prize in their collector account, winner should ensure their balance preference (AIR MILES Cash Account or AIR MILES Dream Account) is set as desired prior to the Prize being posted in their collector account. Draw will take place at Ce Soir Fine Lingerie
Inc. 166 Meadowood Dr. #145, Winnipeg, MB, R2M 5G8.
- The approximate retail value of an AIR MILES Reward Miles prize depends on the chosen method of redemption, available Reward options at the time of redemption, and the set preference between AIR MILES Cash and AIR MILES Dream balances. If redeemed with AIR MILES Cash, 95 Cash Miles can be used in-store for $10 towards purchases at participating AIR MILES Partners or 95 Cash Miles can be used online for eVouchers for $10 worth of value at participating Reward Partners. If redeemed for flights, value depends on destination chosen, date of travel and use of multiple carriers or suppliers. Winner must pay applicable taxes, related transportation fees, governmental levies, excess baggage and other non-ticket costs. The value of AIR MILES Reward Miles used for non-flight Reward options depends on Reward options in effect at the time of redemption. AIR MILES Reward Miles prize is subject to the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES Reward Program as amended from time to time. AIR MILES Reward Miles prize is not transferable or convertible to cash and must be
accepted as awarded.
5. Prize Drawing
- Winner will be randomly selected via a draw taking place on May 21, 2024, from all eligible entries within the Contest Period. The draw will take place at Ce Soir Fine Lingerie Inc. 166 Meadowood Dr #145, Winnipeg, MB, R2M 5G8, on May 21, 2024. The winner will be contacted via phone and/or email or direct message via Instagram or Facebook if used to enter the contest at least three (3) times within five (5) days. If the winner cannot be contacted at that time, another entrant will be randomly selected and the initial selected entrant will be disqualified and will have no record towards Ce Soir Fine Lingerie Inc. or its affiliates.
- In order to win, the selected entrant must first correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited, mathematical, skill-testing question to be administered by telephone, and they will be required to sign a standard Declaration and Release Form confirming compliance with the Contest Rules, acceptance of the Prize as awarded and releasing AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, and Ce Soir Fine Lingerie Inc. from all liability relating to the Contest. No substitution for, or transfer of the Prize, will be allowed. The selected entrant will have 20 days from the date of receipt to return a signed copy of the Declaration and Release Form to Ce Soir Fine Lingerie Inc. If the selected entrant does not do so within this period of time,
another entrant will randomly be selected and the initial selected entrant will be
disqualified and will have no recourse towards AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, or Ce Soir Fine Lingerie Inc. or anyone involved in the Contest.
6. Condition of Participation
- Submission of an entry constitutes acceptance of these contest rules by entrant. AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, and Ce Soir Fine Lingerie Inc. do not accept responsibility for any loss, damage or claims caused by or resulting from this contest or the prizes. The prize winner(s) agrees by accepting the prize to release AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, and Ce Soir Fine Lingerie Inc. from any and all liability arising out of, pursuant to, or as a result of the carrying out of the contest, including liability arising from the acceptance of the prize(s) as awarded and confirming compliance with contest rules. By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their names, city of residence, photograph, voice and/or image for publicity purposes and in all mediums utilized by AIR MILES Loyalty Inc., RMG Loyalty, and Ce Soir Fine Lingerie Inc. without payment or compensation. Winner must agree to acknowledge the win on Ce Soir Fine Lingerie’s social media platforms.

9. Enrollment in the AIR MILES® Reward Program
- If a potential winner of AIR MILES® Reward Miles™ is not an AIR MILES® collector, they may enroll in the AIR MILES® Reward Program by visiting airmiles.ca. By enrolling to become an AIR MILES collector, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the AIR MILES® Reward Program as amended from time to time.

What is the AIR MILES® Reward Program and how does it work?
The AIR MILES Reward Program is Canada's most recognized loyalty program with nearly 11 million active collector accounts, representing approximately two-thirds of all Canadian households. AIR MILES collectors get AIR MILES® Reward Miles at more than 300+ leading Canadian, global and online brands and at thousands of retail and service locations across the country. Collectors show their AIR MILES card when they shop at participating partners across Canada and they earn Reward Miles on qualifying purchases, which they can then use towards rewards in-store or online.
How can I become a collector?
Anyone who lives in Canada and is 16 years of age or older can become a collector in only a moment! Join for free at airmiles.ca/ join. Once enrolled, collectors will receive their collector number and digital card on-the-spot and can start collecting Miles right away. You’ll get your AIR MILES card in the mail within 2 weeks.
I haven’t received Miles yet. When will they be posted to my account?
Typically, Miles collected form base offers are added to collector accounts within 60 days from purchase date. For Miles collected through bonus offers, they may take up to 120 days to be deposited to your Account. If it has been longer than that, you can submit a Missing Miles Inquiry with our Customer Care Team.
If I make a return, will the Miles I received on the original purchase be withdrawn?
Yes. Returns will result in the Miles from the original transaction being debited from your collector account.
Do I need my AIR MILES® card during a refund?
No, you do not require your card during a refund, the Miles will be automatically taken from your account.
What is the difference between Cash Miles™ and Dream Miles™?
Cash Rewards: Instantly use the Miles from your AIR MILES Cash account towards in-store or online purchases at participating partners. 95 Cash Miles = $10 towards your purchases at participating partners, either instantly at checkout or at any time using evouchers. You can redeem up to a maximum of $750 per Cash account per day at most AIR MILES Cash partners. Standard daily Cash Miles usage limits and Terms and Conditions apply. How can I find out the balance of my AIR MILES collector account?
You can see your AIR MILES Cash and Dream balances at any time at airmiles.ca or the AIR MILES app. Once signed in, your current account balances will appear at the top of the screen.
Where can I use Miles towards a reward?
Once Miles start adding up in your Dream or Cash account, you can use Cash Miles in-store by simply showing your AIR MILES card and asking to use Miles at check out.
Evouchers are available starting from 95 Cash Miles and can be ordered at any time online at airmiles.ca/cash or through the AIR MILES app.
Dream Miles can be used towards tons of merchandise and entertainment rewards, as well as exciting travel options including flights, hotels, vacation packages, cruises and more!
