2. Canada wide shipping (various rates apply). Please note that these rates are an estimate. If there is a difference in cost, we will refund the difference to you immediately!

Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order that they are received during our regular business hours. Depending on order volume, some orders may not be processed until the following business day.

In-Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pickup on all of your orders placed online and by phone! Pick up your order at any time during our regular business hours. We will collect your order and if you wish to try your items on, you are welcome!

Shipping

We offer multiple shipping options through Canada Post. (Currently on strike) Shipping and delivery dates are an estimate only. Ce Soir Lingerie cannot be held responsible for delayed delivery times, for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Local, provincial, or national holidays
• Postal strikes or closures, including closures at any Canada Post Air Stage Office
• Natural or manmade disasters

Order Status & Tracking

After your online order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from the carrier which includes a tracking number. For Canada Post tracking click here.
