Where is Ce Soir Lingerie located?
We are located at 145-166 Meadowood Drive in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This location has been our home since we first opened on November 17th, 2001.
Do you have multiple locations?
No we do not have multiple locations. We are excited to launch our online store and look forward to servicing clients all over Canada, including Northern Communities. At this time we are not shipping internationally.
Do I need an appointment for a bra fitting?
Absolutely not! For a regular bra fitting, including nursing bras please come to the store during regular business hours.
Do I need an appointment for a mastectomy fitting or compression garments?
Yes, appointments are required for these types of fittings due to the extra time and wide variety of needs. Please call us at 204-253-8788 or email email@example.com in order to set up an appointment with one of our trained fitters.
What makes your staff qualified to fit me? Will someone younger/older understand my needs?
All of our fitters go through an extensive training process which can take upwards of 3 months. We employ women of all ages, shapes and sizes! We understand the personal needs of all women, and are exposed to varying situations on a daily basis. Rest assured that we understand personal needs beyond our own.
What training does staff obtain in order to fit mastectomy products and compression garments?
After extensive product knowledge and bra fitter training that is monitored by senior staff for a minimum of 3 months, Ce Soir provides post mastectomy breast form and bra fitting training through our most trusted supplier, Amoena Canada. Once Certified, our new fitters remain supervised by senior staff for an additional 3 months to ensure all shapes, sizes and options are considered. (In our best hospitals in Canada, we often find there are employees in training and so too, you may find this at Ce Soir Lingerie. It will remain your option to assist them in this training or opt out.) All Ce Soir Lingerie employees are sensitive to every clients needs and at no time would any employee place any client in an uncomfortable situation. It is imperative that every client, in every situation, be made to feel respected and that they trust their fitter. It is also imperative that our fitters have the opportunity to learn through experience and we ask for your consideration in allowing their opportunity to learn. All of us understands that each individual has their own experiences and their own needs.
About The Products
What sizes do you carry?
We carry bras for everyday, special occasions, sports, mastectomy and nursing with a band size ranging from 28-52 and cup size of AA-K.
How are your products sized?
We mainly import products from American and European suppliers. Ce Soir Lingerie uses the European sizing for most of our bras. Some brands are sized using the American method (example). It is always a ‘Wow’ moment when a new client finds their perfect fit! Typically women find they they have been wearing the wrong size bra for years, if not decades.
Do you offer gift registries?
Yes we are happy to help you make a gift registry! We can make note of any item that you would like and add it to your file in store.
Do you ever have sales?
Yes! We have a Winter Clearance which typically takes place during Boxing Week in December. In-store we do have a clearance rack where we clear out merchandise from the previous season. Follow us on social media or sign up for our newsletter to keep abreast of upcoming promotions, sales and offers! No price adjustments on previously purchased merchandise.
What is your online return policy?
Returns will be accepted in the case of defect from manufacturing only. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with details about the defective merchandise, including pictures. Within 48 hours we will respond, and if a return is authorized, the customer will receive an RA (Return Authorization number). This number must be on the package when it is sent back to Ce Soir. All tags must be in place. Returns are sent at the cost of the customer. Ce Soir recommends that the package be insured. Ce Soir Lingerie is not responsible for any lost or missing packages.
Refunds will be issued on the same method of payment. No exceptions will be made.
Exchanges will be accepted for bras only. If you need a different size or style, please email us at email@example.com for a RA (Return Authorization number). We still suggest that you insure the package for its return to our store as we are not responsible for any lost or missing packages. Shipping fees for any exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
