Returns & Exchanges

We want you to have confidence making a purchase at Ce Soir Lingerie - read on to learn about our exchange and return policy.

Returns are processed on a case by case basis for everything except any items with a gusset, including panties, swim bottoms, one-piece swimsuits, shapewear and sale items. Items eligible for return must have original tags attached and be unworn. Any bra fit not verified by a fitter is not eligible for exchange or refund (applies to in-store purchases only). Please reach out to us at 204-253-8788 or email cesoirlingerie@gmail.com and we will do everything we can to help you. Your satisfaction is everything!

Please note that Ce Soir Lingerie is not responsible for replacing damaged or improperly cared for garments. We understand that bra shopping is an investment - treat your purchase with care!

Refunds are issued on the same method of payment, no exceptions on this one!
