Returns/Exchanges


What is your online return policy?


Returns will be accepted in the case of defect from manufacturing only. Please email mail@cesoirlingerie.com with details about the defective merchandise, including pictures.  Within 48 hours we will respond, and if a return is authorized, the customer will receive an RA (Return Authorization number).  This number must be on the package when it is sent back to Ce Soir.   All tags must be in place.  Returns are sent at the cost of the customer.  Ce Soir recommends that the package be insured.  Ce Soir Lingerie is not responsible for any lost or missing packages.


Refunds will be issued on the same method of payment.  No exceptions will be made.


Exchanges will be accepted for bras only.  If you need a different size or style, please email us at mail@cesoirlingerie.com for a RA (Return Authorization number).  We still suggest that you insure the package for its return to our store as we are not responsible for any lost or missing packages. Shipping fees for any exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
